The cover is one of the typical features of all spas and Swim Spas. Thanks to the cover the Swim Spa can be operated year round. The standard Swim Hot tub cover however creates quite difficult handling. The new mechanical lifter together with the cover with lightweight structure furniture will make it possible to uncover Swim Spa with just one hand! And this sure was worth patenting…
The lifting mechanism along with the new lightweight structure of the cover is another original patented solution of USSPA. The structure of the new cover, likewise the method of lifting, is unique and the first of its type in the industry.

While the standard Swim Spa cover consists of several components and handling it is relatively difficult especially for one person, the new cover is made of one piece divided lengthwise into two parts and is equipped with an easily operated lifting mechanism.

The proper 6-section lifting mechanism, which serves for the defined movement of the covers, comprises Stabilus force elements which principally assist in physically undemanding use. It’s enough just to release the locking mechanisms, then to use the handles to lift or tilt the design boards in a simple manner. The handles of the lifter, including the components of the lifting mechanism are made of stainless steel. There are eight vinyl colour options available.
The technical solution is protected by an international patent.
