UNI-SOLAR ® photovoltaic cells

Solar energy is directly transformed into electrical power through a triple layer of amorphous silicon deposited in layers of micrometric thickness onto a slender flexible laminate of stainless steel.

This triple action increases conversion efficiency and performance stability over time, even at low levels of incoming solar energy.

This technology also permits a reduction in both weight and the degradation of conversion that occurs with the increase of operative temperature compared to the use of crystalline silicon cells.

The photovoltaic generator
Numerous cells are positioned in series to create a module. Connecting numerous modules together in series creates a string with the output voltage established and a current equal to the current of the module.

Depending on the installed power, numerous strings must be connected in parallel, the combination of which constitutes the direct current photovoltaic generator.
