SpHaus is launching three new items for the collection 2008. The container HOLE CONTEMPORARY BOX by Enrico Cesana, the sofa – or professional armchair – BUCKET by Cory Grosser, and the modern cabinet FRACTAL by Claudio Lovadina. Until April the 4th, they are presented at Moda in Paris (6 Passage de la Boule Blanche 75 012 Parigi. Phone: 0033 1 44 754280) and then at spHaus retailers all over.
In the wake of the success of Big Box, HOLE BOX is a new member of the container family designed by Enrico Cesana for contemporary living. Hole Box – a good alternative to Big Box, one of spHaus’s top products – is a microsystem of four modules that can be stacked to obtain the wanted length. The first measures 120 cm, it’s the right module, has a drawer, and is characterised by a big empty rectangular hole, designed to contain home theatre equipment, a dvd player, or digital decoders. The other door units measure 60 cm, they are left, right and central modules and can be combined in different ways. Made of matt lacquered mdf available in white. While the inside of the rectangular hole can come in white, black, red, orange, yellow and violet.
FRACTAL is a cabinet with asymmetrical design doors. It is available as a wardrobe manufacturers and also as home shelf cabinet. Designed for either office or home use, Fractal is made up of two units that may be used separately. Any number of units can be combined to create fun perspective effects on a whole wall. Made of matt lacquered mdf available in white only.
BUCKET is emblematic of today’s sofas suppliers. It has the most contemporary forms you can imagine, and
yet they reveal a strong inheritance from the past, for Bucket has the proportions of a classic couch. Also available as an armchair, it is made of polyurethane foam reinforced with steel tubes. Available covered in all the contemporary fabrics and leathers in the catalogue.
