The new range consists of modular baking chambers up to 3 independent levels, with internal dimensions multiple of 35 cm, completely made of stainless steel AISI 430 and lower heater element in refractory stone.

Each chamber is equipped with two internal luminaires and panoramic rustic door with double glass manufacturers and air cavity.
A memorization up to 30 personalized programs is possible tanks to the futuristic digital control architectural panel which can regulate all the most important electronic function of the oven: power in percentage of the upper and lower heating elements, opening of smoke and steam outlet, adjusting of the rustic fan speedy of the hood, self-cleaning program, saving program up to 50% of necessary energy.
On demand the chambers can be supplied even in electromechanical version.
