OEM PIZZAFORM OEM: at the speed of 300 pizzas per hour!

Pizzaform, one of the leading products of OEM, a Company which for 35 years has been at the highest levels in the production of pizza equipment, is the former with heated plates able to evenly and in a few seconds mould the pizza dough, automatically carrying out the job of a professional “pizza chef”.

Pizzaform can indeed mould, thanks to its balanced combination of heat and mechanical power, up to 300 buns per hour, obtaining 33 cm diameter bases for the model PF/33/MT, and up to 45 cm for the PF/45/MTE. The upper plate of the former is available both in the smooth version or with the 2 mm flare, so as to allow the automatic forming of the border and the saving of extra time.

The use of electrical heater elements inside both the plates allows to maintain the gluten design structure of the dough. In this way only during the backing inside the backing chamber, the alveolus, formed during the rising phase, will open, letting out the fermentation gases and absorbing the toppings, which in this way remain firmly tight to the base. Therefore the food organoleptic characteristics remain undamaged. Only an expert pizza chef could obtain the same result, but not at the same surprising speed.
