Under the name Hall of Flame Val-Eur has developed a new series of fireplaces which make it possible to easily create a hearth fire both indoors or outdoors.

The heart of these fireplaces is a burner with an extremely innovative mechanism that resembles the diaphragm of a camera. With this mechanism the intensity of the flames can be adjusted from a small to a bigger fire. The reservoir contains a ceramic sponge that enables a nice and flooding wave of flame. It can contain 1,8 liters of fuel which means a burning time of ca. 3 hours.
The fire places burn on bio-ethanol, a bio-fuel which evaporates. Because no other damps are being released and there is no smoke development the fireplace may be used indoors too. The same precautions should be respected as when burning candles.

The Colonna series comes in 3 heights (table and floor models) and are made of high quality stainless steel and heat resistant, tempered glass of 10 mm thickness.

Heights:
Colonna 1 – 35 cm
Colonna 2 – 57 cm
Colonna 3 – 100 cm

These are medium-sized tiles, of excellent proportions, which achieve an aesthetic effect in itself very similar to the traditional Portuguese roofs (concave tile).

They are rather easy to lay and there is a vast range of accessories available, which enables a good adjustment to any kind of architectural style, i.e., modern or traditional.

This model comes naturally from the previous model Portuguese T Plus, already known by its qualities such as:

Resistence, this is due to the high baking temperature (about 1050 ºC);

Fine Colour, because of both the careful selection of pulp and the high baking temperature; excellent final aesthetic effect, because of both the careful selection of pulp and the high baking temperature;

The new model has other advantages apart from those mentioned above:

Less number of tiles required for each square metre (12,3 tiles/m2 as opposed to 13,2 tiles/m2 in the previous tiles), which naturally reduces the costs of each square metre;

He fittings have a better longitudinal and transversal clearance enabling a less demanding size of the chantlate, in terms of angle plate and distance between the shingles. Thus, it also means less labour force needed because the working time needed is also less;

Quicker laying, due to the two aspects mentioned before and, consequently, the costs for each square metre are reduced;

A wind-mill is set on the top of the concave tile which intends to conceal the "collar" of the previous tile. A better visual effect is therefore achieved;

Better overlapping of fittings, which is advantageous in windy areas or in roofs with just a slight inclination. The main advantage of the bigger overlapping area is precisely the fact that the wind (or water that comes with the wind) finds it more difficult to penetrate the roof through the fittings.

Zenith, a Music Palace able to contain 10.000 people. The central core of this theater- building is made of an ellipsoidal concrete body. On this strong perimeter are placed the covering beams made of steelworks.
Around the cylindrical shape body a structure constituted of 22 small girders which bear a kind of parvis.

This roofing, partly anchored to the concrete walls and partly leaned on the floor, has been conceived to act as the supporting skeleton of the outer cladding: an orange membrane.

Fabric used is silicone coated fiberglass due to its strength but above all to its translucency.

As a matter of fact the fabric behaviour with light was a fundamental requisite for designers: at night the Zenith lights up from inside and becomes a beacon visible from a great distance.

VISUAL PLANNING represents a board containing rows, icons and colours.
To use it : right-click, left-click and drag-and-drop...

Fundamentals:
- Events are created by dragging and dropping icons and colours on the calendar rows,
- Numerous information can be linked with each event : comments, forms, values, documents …
- Specific functions allow to repeat periodical events, paste, cut, copy…
- Automatic links can be made between events,
- Constraints can be used to control the legal or operational use of resources.

Powerful management functions:
- Multiple views of the same planner (e.g. : inverted view,...),
- Numerous filters to sort and select information,
- Statistics and management indicators,
- Selection on multiple criteria (for instance : What type of vehicles will be available in London during two days next week ?).

BELTRAMI proudly introduces the brand new Trafficstone colour - BELGIO, a mix of Italian craftsmanship and Belgian creativity.

In close cooperation with the Italian quartz stone producer, Santa Margherita, BELTRAMI developed a quartz stone that very much resembles the fosillised aspect of the authentic Belgian Blue Stone. At first sight it is hard to tell the difference, however if you take a closer look to the technical specifications there are some significant differences.

Trafficstone Belgio belongs to the category of quartz engineered stones and has therefore a high scratch resistance. Due to this characteristic the material is well suited for all kinds of different applications. The most popular one is kitchen work tops: Trafficstone is indeed acid resistant and above all very easy in maintenance.
The hard-wearing properties of the quartz stone makes it also a suitable product for surfaces with intensive collective use.

The Belgio colour is like the other Trafficstones available from stock in large slabs of 305 cm by 140 cm. Along with the standard finishes in honed and polished the Belgio is also available in NEW leather finish!

Robust, Low-Maintenance Wastewater Transfer
BioSTEP® screened pumping systems are versatile pump packages designed to transfer screened liquids in numerous small-diameter, decentralized collection applications.

Each pre-packaged BioSTEP combines proven, low-maintenance components with unique, engineered features to create an innovative solution for a wide variety of design needs.

The Benefits of Small-Diameter Sewer
Conventional (centralized) wastewater collection systems have always been viewed as the more desirable solution for transferring wastewater. Despite this method's popularity, central sewers can be cost-prohibitive or simply not feasible in some areas due to various geological factors.

Alternative wastewater collection systems reduce excavation time, material requirements and construction costs, and provide innovative, sustainable solutions for new development and community redevelopment.

Additionally, areas with small lot sizes, poor soil conditions or other site-related limitations can overcome these barriers while maintaining a “sewer-like” feel.

Unique Design Features Offer a STEP Up
BioSTEP® screened pumping systems are designed so that once installed, all normal operation and maintenance can occur without the messy removal of system components.

BioSTEP screened pump vaults utilize the patented SaniTEE® screening technology to screen and deflect solids rather than collect and hold them like other filtering technologies. When BioSTEP is being serviced, an external cleaning swab is used to clean the pump vault exterior and flush out the angled slots.

All of this cleaning and maintenance can be easily accomplished without component removal.

Additionally, the new ScumGuardTM acts as a shield to protect each BioSTEP from FOG-laden scum and provides flexible, uniform installation options for most tank, manhole and riser configurations.
