The new Kalzip FC Facade System – innovative and economical with unique bi-directional installation system

Non-penetrative installation on modular click rails

The innovative and flexible bi-directional installation system is the main feature of the new Kalzip FC façade system. The installation of the aluminium profiles can be carried out in both directions, either from the bottom up or top down. Furthermore, individual panels can be easily removed and installed without compromising the adjoining panels or the overall aesthetics of the facade structure. This makes installation exceptionally economical.

On-site requirements such as scaffolding or subsequent construction work can be coordinated both flexibly and independently from the installation process. The panels, which are available in 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500 mm profile widths, are supplied with edge folding as standard and are installed onto the modular click rails in a non-penetrative manner. No rivets or screws are used.

Mono click brackets are also available as an alternative and for creating special details. To install the panels, the aluminium sheet is simply hooked over the designated clips and then gently pressed into place so that it clicks into the bracket.

This sophisticated system accommodates all detailed solutions and is offered as a complete package including the substructure. Fully integrated corner panels add a subtle yet harmonious detail to the building geometry and enhance the overall aesthetics of the facade.


Individual elements can be replaced

The Kalzip FC Facade System is designed to allow individual panels to be replaced quickly and easily in the event of damage. The costly and time-consuming task of replacing entire facade surfaces is no longer necessary.

The Kalzip FC Facade System opens up immense scope for creating individual architectural designs and provides every building with its own unique and highly distinctive character.

The smooth surface of the aluminium profiles adds clarity to the structure of a building, an effect that can be varied through the use of different profile widths.

The rear-ventilated facade system is suitable for both refurbishment and new build and, similar to the Kalzip roof system, it is available with different surfaces (stucco-embossed, Kalzip AluPlusPatina) and in a wide range of colours (colour coated surfaces in all RAL standard colours and RAL special colours).
