Not only “I Saloni” for Ipe Cavalli

Many are the Visionnaire novelties presented at the Salone del Mobile 2008 and a surprising “building site” space in the historic cinema in Piazza Cavour in Milan.
For years it has been confirmed by the great protagonists of the savoir-vivre that the last frontier of luxury is to: "have free time". The concept starts from this idea of luxury, elaborated by Samuele Mazza, for ‘The Salone del Mobile 2008’; the key messages are: “enjoy yourself if you can” and “the best cure for all evils is luxury at its extreme”.
We imagined a house always in our style but leaning towards a masculine taste and attitude, hence the cigar room, books and billiards, the music room, the fireplace supplier and leisure room, the home theatre, the  monumental fully equipped kitchen as fulcrum of a lifestyle geared towards entertainment.
"Club house " a place to pass one's free time with friends, relatives or clients to entertain, to amuse and even astonish. The aesthetic code is always the same, inspired to what was once the neo-gothic wave of the '70's . An unmistakable style with an imprinting very dear to both the author and the company.
At the exhibition you will discover Larix, a special piano covered in black gloss lacquered wood, with legs in lacerated steel which contains in the “tail” a bar area embellished with a mosaic of mirrored home glass; or Raphis, a architectural mirror with self supporting home structure in steel and lacquered modern cornice (185x144 cm) which is transformed into a 50 inch TV professional screen.
Then, next 18th April, in conjunction with the ‘Salone Internazionale del Mobile’, Ipe Cavalli will present to the press and to its customers the location where the new and exclusive “Visionnaire Contemporary design Gallery” will rise.
Situated within the historical cinema Cavour, the space presents itself with an original concept signed Samuele Mazza.
Not only an exposition showroom but a unique place for events, fashion shows, projections and presentations which conserve various elements and atmosphere of the historic Milanese cinema of Piazza Cavour.
This event will be the occasion to present Cycas, the new “relax kitchen” by Visionnaire designed by Samuele Mazza and Alessandro La Spada, a new environment of organic form, finished with a special black lacquer with built-in electrical appliances, top in Calcutta gold marble and legs in turned steel.
