After signing the relevant contract sent with the order confirmation, the REMOTE ASSISTANCE SERVICE starts operating. The GSM module assembled with the machine communicates directly with the IMESA central server.

Should an incident occur, which had not been anticipated, the logic card sends a signal to the modem and at the same time a message identified by an error code is sent to the central system in IMESA. Once it has been decoded in IMESA, the information is sent to the relevant servicing center together with the customer data and a file containing the solution of the problem.
