Gruppo Centro Nord builds multi-storey buildings both above and below ground, using various precast components structurally monolithic in the final phase. These self-supporting components are assembled on site using hyperstatic connections as in structures cast on site.

semi-prefabricated floor beams in reinforced or prestressed concrete with protruding stirrups;
semi-prefabricated reticular steel beams;
prefabricated single-storey pillars;
multi-storey prefabricated tubular steel pillars.
