Technical Specifications of Pedestals furniture:

1. Pedestal Base:
Galvanized 3 mm steel plate 100 x 100 mm square base welded to ø 25 mm pipe.

2. Pipe:
ø 25 mm diameter pipe by the thickness 1.5 mm welded to 3 mm pedestal square base.

3. Internally Threaded Rod:
25 mm diameter galvanized steel rod threaded internally to fit M18 rod.

4.Nut M18:
Galvanized steel M18 Nut specially produced.

5. Pedestal Head:
Galvanized 3 mm thick steel plate with a suitable shape for easy assembly of stringers. The head is welded to M18 galvanized steel rod.

6. Head Gasket:
3 mm thick moulded plastic gasket designed to locate the corners of the panels. Electrical continuity is achieved by brass plate placed on the plastic gasket (optional).

7. Stringer:
The stringer is made from galvanized steel by 1 mm thick. Dimensions of stringer 25 x 26 x 25 mm. U shaped. The stringer system gives the possibility to use 400 x 600 mm & 600 x 600 mm panels.

8. Stringer Gasket:
Made of plastic with the thickness of 1 mm prevents noise and slippery.

9. Screw Fastener:
M6 galvanized screw fasteners home locks the stringers to pedestal heads by threading the hole.
