Prestressed hollow core slabs are manufactured in an enclosed factory environment on steel beds.

A slipformer pours the concrete on tracks of approximately 120m in length. After the hardening process the slabs are sawed to the desired length.


Echo Engineering
The development of Echo Engineering, in the early ’90s is another milestone in the history of the Echo group. The former machine workshop, where the Echo group developed their own production machines, formed the home base for the establishment of a completely independent subsidiary.

Echo Engineering is now marketing its own know-how world-wide and is selling it to other concrete producers.
