Backhausen furnishes world’s largest concert hall in Japan
The 2.500 seats in Suntory-Hall, Tokio, the world’s largest concert hall, show quite recently a new face.
The wool velvet dessin “Traube” of Prof. Hoffmann 1908 convinced the management of the Japanese concert hall – the third time already in succession.
Mr.Reinhard Backhausen joined the opening celebrations as a guest of honor and was personally welcomed by the famous Japanese cellist and new president of the concert hall, Mr. Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi.
