arwa, a company of the SimilorGroup, has scooped a hat trick of three internationally renowned design awards at once for the innovative arwa-twinflex tap concept. With this new development, the SimilorGroup sets new standards in the field of tap design.

The Chicago Athenaeum, Museum of Architecture and Design, bestows the Design Award 2007 on arwa-twinflex.

The international jury of the North Rhein/Westphalian Design Centre handpicks arwa-twinflex from among 3,203 entries from 51 countries and presents the product with the distinction of the red dot design award best of the best 2008 for the highest design quality. arwa-twinflex therefore now ranks as the best design product worldwide.

The product arwa-twinflex developed by designer Florin Baeriswyl, dai AG, Zürich, shows how totally new design can emerge from the use of new materials and well-conceived technical features and also open up attractive possibilities in the field of refurbishment. The new design approach brings gentle, dynamic shapes to a taps and fittings environment until now dominated by chrome-plated steel.

The synthetic sheath is available in various colours, in fact it's colour that gives the product its attention-grabbing looks. Thanks to its flexible multi-directional positioning, water can be directed exactly where it's needed, the kind of freedom of movement that brings comfort to the modern kitchen and bathroom supplier.
