TY beam is a load bearing flooring beam complete with drainage system at the upper and lower flanges, and it can be used as track for overhead travelling cranes with up to 20 tons carrying capacity in the lower part.
This element halts fire for up to 120 minutes.


We chose to produce directly each and every precast element from plinths to curtain panels in order to guarantee maximum control over processing and output.

- markings CE UNI EN 1168 : 2005 for hollow core slabs for floors
- CE UNI EN 13693 : 2005 for special roof elements

- CE UNI EN 13224 : 2005 for ribbed roof elements
Which comply with C.N.R. regulations and UNI 9502 requirements on fire resistance.
