Shown for the first time in Paris in September 2007, the Type1228 is the newest version of the Anglepoise® contemporary lamp. It has a transparent green shade to create an ambient glow reminiscent of a banker’s luminaire.

In response to its customers’ comments, Anglepoise® has chosen to develop and manufacture several new colours for this product, to widen its range and appeal.

The Type1228, which can also be provided with the standard accessories available with the Type range (floor standing pole, desk clamp and wall bracket), now exists in green, orange, blue and grey.
